Together, we created Sushi Sancho with one simple mission: to bring high-quality, handcrafted sushi with a personal touch to your special moments.

Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we offer delivery/take away, catering, and private event services, always focused on using fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and personalised service, just the way we’d want it ourselves.
